The Kathmandu Marriott is a lovely hotel with luxurious rooms and friendly staff who really go out of their way to help. However, the front desk service can be somewhat confusing at times, leading to reservation issues. Overall, I enjoyed my time there and would return.

Spent four nights with my family and gotta say the service was excellent. There was this moment when the staff brought some fresh fruit and desserts to our room for my daughter, it felt really personal and touching.

Sure, it wasn’t cheap, but the experience was worth every penny.

I had an amazing stay and loved being just a short walk from the Ghanta Ghar Clock Tower and The City Museum, both within 500 meters, which made exploring so much fun. the hotel's staff was incredibly professional, ensuring that my dining experience was fantastic every time.

The staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality and attentiveness ensuring our needs were constantly met. The breakfast buffet offered a delightful variety that left us thoroughly satisfied.

The airport transfer experienced a slight delay, causing a bit of inconvenience upon arrival which could be improved.

The gym and pool provided great options for relaxation. A minor downside was that the bed size was tight for a couple since they were only full size.

I had an amazing stay in my Beautiful Room with a fine mountain view that literally took my breath away every morning. The dining was a delicious adventure. From the Nepalese Thali to succulent Butter Chicken, each bite was better than the last. Plus, the staff were like my personal cheerleaders, with the M Club team going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed!
